Obituary of Mary Roy

Mary Roy, 94, formerly of Newark and Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020 at Homestead Rehabilitation Center in Newton, NJ. Mary was born on January 19, 1926 in Newark, NJ, to the late Dougal and Janet Carlin. She was employed as a Clerk for M&M Mars in Hackettstown until her retirement in 1986. Her loving husband Alton B. Roy passed away in 1977. Sewing was Mary's passion. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Mary is survived by a daughter Patricia (nee Weisbacker) Copley and her husband Duane; a step-daughter, Rosemary Costa of Florida; 2 grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren and a number of step-great grandchildren and one great-niece. In addition to her husband Alton, Mary was preceded in death by a stepson Robert Roy; 2 step-daughters June Struble and Lorraine Seiler.
