Obituary of Shane J August

Shane J. August, 43, of Glen Gardner, NJ passed away suddenly on June 13, 2021 at his home. Shane was born on May 29, 1978 in Perth Amboy, NJ to Jeffery and Sarah August. He grew up in Franklin Park, NJ. and was employed as a Project and Service Delivery Manager by GAF in Parsippany, NJ. Shane and his loving wife Kelly were together for ten years and have been married since August 4, 2016. In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his wife Kelly "Smith" August and his children Fiona, Mason, step daughter Siana and granddaughter Scarlett. He enjoyed surfing and snowboarding and had plans to retire in Costa Rica with his beloved family. Shane was a devoted father and husband whose favorite moments were spending quality time with his family. Love of laughter didn't end with his death and he will be sadly forever missed by all who knew him. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
