Allen was a really good friend. Didn’t matter if you didn’t see each other for a while, he’d just pick up where you left off. What I admired most about him was his devotion to his family. They were his world. He enjoyed making people laugh and truly was a real person. Allen, regarding our friendship, the pleasure was all mine. Rest easy boss. See you in the next life. Mike

Allen was the best! He just had that..... thing. You just wanted to be around him. Even though I didn’t see him as much as I’d like to, I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I will miss him like crazy! Being the first girl cousin (5 boys before me) on our side of the family he was so sweet to me and made me feel special. Allen always made me laugh, and not just laugh, I’m talking rolling on the floor laugh. I mean the whole Groelly family is hilarious. But I definitely felt spoiled whenever the Groelly boys were around. I love you, Allen! I just wish I would have said it more and wish we could have spent more time together.
