Obituary of Beverley A. Marason

Beverley A. Marason, 60, of Belvidere, NJ and previously of Washington and Oxford, NJ passed away at home on October 11, 2021 with loved ones and her friend, Stephanie Kruse, by her side. Beverley was born on July 17, 1961 in Phillipsburg, NJ to the late Benjamin and Jacqueline Kinney. She was a graduate of Warren Hills High School class of 1979 and was of Methodist faith. Beverley worked as a dietary manager at Warren Haven Nursing Home until her retirement in 2009. She enjoyed reading Stephen King novels and collected anything Wizard of Oz. She was a huge Brett Favre fan, and would root for him wherever he played. Beverley also enjoyed the casino and was known as the Yahtzee Master to her family and friends. Beverley is survived by her loving siblings; Brenda Brockmann (Eric), Benjamin C. Kinney (Michele), Brian A. Kinney, Joseph M. Kinney (Clara), and Patrick K. Kinney and his significant other Jo Raye. She also leaves behind her cherished godson; Joseph Schultheis Jr, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Beverley is predeceased by her husband, Brent J. Marason, who passed in 2019, and her brother, William Kinney. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday October 19, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Memorial services will be celebrated on Tuesday at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Hillside Cemetery in Oxford, NJ.
