Obituary of Rebecca E Perkowsky
Rebecca "Becky" Perkowsky, 74, of Milford, NJ passed away suddenly on November 19, 2021 at Jefferson-Abington Hospital.
Becky was born on September 10, 1947 in Chicago, IL to the late James and Charlotte "Hirschman" Rogers. She grew up in Hampton, NJ and graduated from North Hunterdon High School class of 1965. Becky was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. She married her soulmate Frank Perkowsky on March 1, 1980 and was a homemaker for her family. Becky enjoyed shopping, watching movies, putting together puzzles, coloring, and most of all playing games on her IPad. She also enjoyed being around animals but the one she loved the most was her dog Bullet. She loved traveling down south to see her family or up north to Maine. Becky was a selfless woman who would always care for others before herself. She loved her family and friends fiercely and was the glue that held everyone and everything together. Her uncontrollable laughter was contagious. Family was Becky's universe especially her grandchildren.
Becky is survived by her loving husband of 41 years Frank: daughters, Lora DePietro and her husband Lou, Kellie McKinney and her husband Ryan; sons, Ricky Back, Michael Back and Frankie Perkowsky and his wife Lauren; two brothers, John Rogers and his wife Diana, Allen Rogers and his wife Gina, and her sister Mary Nagle. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Ashley, Michael, Kyle, Ayden, Graycen, Frankie, and Ronan. In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Rymon.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday November 26, 2021 from 3-7 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service celebrating Becky's life will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.
