Obituary of Elmer S Kollar

Elmer S. Kollar, 88, of Washington, NJ passed away on August 2, 2022 at his home. Elmer was born on January 10, 1934 in Roebling, NJ to the late Andrew and Julianna Kollar. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Rider University. Elmer served his country proudly in the United States Army and was very active in the American Legion of Washington, NJ. He enjoyed hunting and boating and spending time with his family. Elmer was a member of the church choir at St. Theodore's Roman Catholic Church. Elmer is survived by his loving wife, Patricia and their children; Pamela Werkheiser and husband Steven and Gregory Kollar, grandchildren; Kerry Feichtel, Danielle Sciascia and husband James and Nicholas Marshall, great grandchildren; Madison, Mason, James, and Vincent, and sister in law, Dr. Christine Radziewiczand her husband Tom Breslin, and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Dixie. In addition to his Parents, Elmer is preceded in death by his son, Mark Kollar and his sister, Helen McHugh. Inurnment at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cemetery will be held privately and under the direction Warren Hills Memorial Home.
