To the Heft Family, friends, and Jim Flynn Truck service, I am heart broken to hear about Steve. He was always when our mower guys got into a bind while mowing on rt 31 in Glen Gardner by loaning us tools, ect to get our tractor back in service after getting caught in old telephone , tv cables that the utilities failed to remove after super storm Sandy. Plus I would call both Jake- from Stews Auto Body x Steve to help out stranded truckers who needed both towing x truck repairs. Plus numerous times when my old dump truck had minor break downs in the area of the shop. A Angel Called up for service x Steve answered her call. Steve was the Angel of route 31 in my book. Rest easy Steve as the guys will keep those trucks rolling. Love Karen Hamshar

I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. From the first day I met him at 12 years old, he treated me as his own daughter even as far as my giving me a "daughter's " card on my wedding day. He and Anne always went out of their way to care for me like I was their own and that is something special I will always hold. My love and prayers go out to Katie, Scott, Bryan and all their family as you go through this loss. Steve may you rest in piece.
