Obituary of Verdon Bud Pensyl

Verdon "Bud" Pensyl, 36, passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2023 at his home in Oxford, NJ. Bud was born on July 24, 1986 in Phillipsburg, NJ to Verdon Pensyl and the late CaraLee Dabinett. He graduated from Warren Technical School class of 2004 where he studied machine shop. Bud was employed as a mechanic for Craneworks in Hampton, NJ. He was a care free person who would help anyone. Bud enjoyed working on his trucks and cars and was a regular participant at the Warren County tractor pulls. He loved spending time with his nephews and family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Bud is survived by his parents Verdon and Dawn Pensyl, siblings, Erica Pensyl, Alisha Woolf, Heather Judd and Brandon Pensyl, as well as his girlfriend Cristina Alonso. Bud was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Carol Pensyl. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday April 16, 2023 from 11:30 – 3:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service celebrating his life will begin at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial at Montana Mountain Cemetery will be held privately.
