Pop Pop adored his grandchildren who were a source of great pride, joy and innumerable antics that have instilled lifelong memories, inside jokes and the most treasured of bad habits. His memory is carried on through the family's shared love of soccer. When not on the sidelines for his kids or grandchildren's events, he could be found in his season passholder seats for the New York Red Bulls or glued to the television for AC Milan or any televised Serie A match.
His love of family and tradition encouraged the most memorable and beloved trips to Italy to his ancestral origin of Anversa and his favorite city, Venice.
