Obituary of Martha Monsalve- Montoya

Martha Monsalve-Montoya, 94, of Washington, NJ passed away on September 1, 2023 at St. Luke's Bethlehem Hospital with loved ones by her side. Martha was born on January 31, 1929 in Girardota, Columbia to the late Carlos Monsalve and Mercedes Montoya. Martha enjoyed reading and cooking for her family. She was an avid gardener and animal lover. Martha especially enjoyed traveling all over the world. Above all, Martha enjoyed being a grandmother to her 5 grandchildren. She is survived by her children; Jacqueline Turner and her husband Jonathan and John Monsalve and his wife Blanca. Martha also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren; Evan Turner, Jacob Turner, Christopher Monsalve, John Monsalve Jr., and Lenis Escalente, and siblings; Angela, Rodrigo, Gabriella, and Lucero Monsalve. It is the family's wishes that all funeral arrangements have been made private at this time. A memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
