I am so sorry to learn of Laury’s passing. My mom (Lillian Godwin and his Aunt) was so happy to be able to see him and get to meet Patricia. As his younger female cousin,I idolized Laury. When he was serving his country and stationed in Guam, he did an absolutely wonderful thing for me. I used to write to him back then, and he sent me a letter and a gift, one that I still have, and since I just turned 80, this April, that certainly shows how important the lovely heart pendant with a butterfly wing inside and a beautiful beach scene painted on it is to me. Please accept my condolences for the family’s loss. I will continue to keep you in my prayers.
