Obituary of John Valentine Doncer Jr

John Valentine Doncer Jr., 75 of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on April 8, 2024 at Care One Rehabilitation Center in Hanover, NJ. John was born on August 18, 1948 in East Orange, NJ to the late John and Madeline "McLean" Valentine Doncer Sr. John graduated from Irvington High School class of 1966. He attended Montclair State University for a short time. John loved to travel and take pictures along the way. He lived in San Francisco and Berkley California. He was employed as a Mortgage Officer and later as a Medical Transporter. John love old movies, flower gardening and photography. He could always be found tending to his flower garden outside his home. John was quick witted and would love to engage and debate politics. He served as a past councilmen for Washington Borough. John is survived by his siblings, Deborah Doncer, Michael Stanley Doncer and many cousins. Services will be held privately. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Hills Memorial Home.
