Obituary of Nicole Mae Philhower

Nicole Mae "DeHaas" Philhower, 43, of Jackson, Michigan and previously of Washington, NJ passed away on July 19, 2024. Nicole was born on November 25, 1980 in Phillipsburg, NJ to JoAnn "Coleman" Gaw and the late Jacob DeHaas Jr. She was a graduate from Warren Tech High School and worked many years as a hair stylist for Coppers Salon in Washington, NJ. She enjoyed European cars, especially her Audi's. Nicole loved the beach and spending time with her family. Nicole is survived by her children; Andrew, Hannah, and Khloey, her mother, JoAnn Gaw (nee. Coleman). She leaves behind her siblings; Dana, John, Anthony, Cory and Ashley, and her cherished nieces; Ava, Averi, Tien and Ayzlin. She also leaves behind her aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her dad, she is predeceased by her grandparents. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. A memorial service celebrating Nicole's life will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home. Inurnment at Washington Cemetery will immediately follow.
