My deepest sympathy to all the family. I met Joan many decades ago at Blessed Hope Church. The connection continued through all these years as she became best friend to my sister Candi. Joan was at many family gatherings with us all. She was a wonderful caring woman, no matter what life tossed at her, she didn't become bitter. A woman of strong faith who lived her life as a shining example. She will surely be missed by many! I can still hear her laugh. She loved her coffee and her family and friends. She was a treasure and it's hard to imagine her not being around. I know how deeply she was loved by all. May God bless you with His comfort and wonderful memories.
