Obituary of Joseph Q Kane

Joseph Q. Kane Jr, AKA Skip 65 of Asbury, NJ passed away peacefully on June 27, 2015 at the University Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Joseph was born on October 29, 1949 to the late Mary and Joseph Q. Kane Sr. in Somerville, NJ Joseph graduated from Middlesex high school class of 1967. He served proudly in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He married his loving wife Kathryn “O’Malley Kane in 1974. Joseph worked as a machinist for Custom Alloy Co. in High Bridge, NJ. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Joseph can best be described as strong-willed. He was a loving father and husband. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Kathryn; His Sons Joseph Q. Kane III and Shawn P. Kane; A Brother Richard Kane and his wife Maureen; A Sister Mary Lou Trauger and her husband Ken. In accordance with Joseph’s wishes, funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W.
