Obituary of James E Finch

James E. Finch, 73, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2015. James was born on December 1, 1941 in Queens, NY to the late Charles and Margaret Finch. James proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy shortly after graduating Woodbridge High School. His passion and life-long profession was driving his tractor trailer across the country until his retirement in 2001. Once retired James attended the Washington Nutrition Program where he loved to meet with his friends each day. James loved to read books by the author Stephen King and was a devoted NASCAR fan. He was also a life-time member of the American Legion. James is survived by his devoted companion, Lois Muglia, caring children, a son Michael Muglia and his wife Jessica and a daughter, Christine Muglia-Chopra and her husband Nalin Chopra. 2 cherished grandchildren, Nicholas and Andrew Muglia, 2 nieces, Barbara Finch and Sandy Morris, 2 nephews, Billy Finch and Dan Finch, and 15 great nieces & nephews. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Washington Nutrition Program, 33 Brass Castle Road, Washington, NJ 07882.
