Obituary of Joseph D. Vega

WASHINGTON- Joseph D. Vega, 23, died March 12, 2017. He was born in Bellville, NJ on May 25, 1993. Joseph resided in Bloomfield and Bridgewater before moving to Washington 3 years ago. He was a graduate of Bridgewater High School Class of 2011. Joseph enjoyed the outdoors especially skiing, snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, surfing and spending time on the beach. He also loved boxing, wrestling and above all spending time with the "love of his life" Nicole. Joseph will be sadly missed by family and friends. Joseph is survived by his beloved parents Pete and Theresa Vega; brothers Peter "Petey" and Thomas "Tommy"; loving paternal grandmother Gisela Vega; and his cherished love Nicole; 4 uncles Ronnie and wife Linda Vega, Danny Vega, Michael and wife Joy Vega and Larry and wife Joanne Critchley; aunts Ann Nelson and husband B.A. and Jane Rogers and husband Anthony and many loving cousins. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Jane and Lawrence Critchley and paternal grandfather Pete Vega. Viewing will be Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. Funeral services are private.
