Obituary of Mary Louise Rodweller

BAPTISTOWN, NJ- Mary Rodweller, 76, of Baptistown, NJ passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Good Sheperd Rehabilitation Facility after a long illness. Mary lived with her husband of 57 years, Bill, in Baptistown since 1968. She retired from N.J. State Police in 2002, where she was employed in the Criminal Information Unit. "Mom" enjoyed listening to music, especially her favorite band "519 South". All who knew her also knew she was a huge "Elvis" fan and had an entire room filled with his memorabilia. Over the years Mary had participated in many fund raising activities, including the Hunterdon County Chapter of the Cancer Society, The American Heart Association and frequently donated to the Veterans in need. She is survived by her husband Bill; sons Bill and his wife Linda of Alpha and Herk from Stockton; a daughter Shari and her husband Steve of Richville, NY; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Mary's Life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any of the above mentioned organizations. "Mom" only stood 4'11 � (don't forget the �) had a size 5 (little feet) but a heart the size of a house and the door was always open�What a "special" soul. Mary will be missed by many.
