Obituary of Margo G Plenge

Margo G. Plenge, 94, of Washington Township, NJ passed away peacefully on April 1, 2017 at St. Lukes Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg NJ. Margo was born in Belleville, NJ on November 12, 1922 to the late Elmer and Jessie Hyde. Margo resided in Washington Township for the past 13 years. Prior to that she resided in Brookside, NJ and Belleville NJ. She was employed in Sales prior to her retirement in 1992. She was of the Presbyterian faith. Margo volunteered her time teaching children at the Morris County Museum. She loved to cook and loved preparing meals for her family. She enjoyed the beach and would spend her summers in Sea Girt and Cape Cod with her family. She was a kind woman, full of energy that loved her family. She cherished spending time with her son and grandchildren. Margo is survived by her loving son, Peter G. Gibbs, her caring sister, Beth Wittimore And her treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Elmer Gibbs who passed in 1980. In abiding with Margo's wishes, services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margo's name to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St. Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
