Obituary of Geremino Ranallo

Geremino Ranallo, 82, of Washington Township, NJ passed away peacefully on October 10, 2018 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ with his loving family by his side. Gerry was born on August 2, 1936 in Bronx, NY to the late Pasquale and Lena Ranallo. He moved to Washington in 1977. Prior to that he resided in Queens, NY. Gerry was employed as a truck driver but he also worked with horses. He was very passionate about horses and enjoyed giving wagon rides with them. Especially his grandchildren. Gerry loved helping people, whether it be family or strangers, he could always be counted on to lend a helping hand. He also enjoyed good Italian food. He is survived by his loving children, Jerome Elliott Ranallo, Gerriann Ranallo, Irene Marie Ranallo, William Edward Ranallo, Michael Jerry Ranallo, Lisa Marie Ranallo and his step-children, John Picone and Cathy Picone. A sister, Patricia Bush and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, Daniel Thomas Ranallo and Warren Jacoby and his daughter Patricia Ann Ranallo. In abiding with the family's wishes all services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gerry's name to Mylestone Equine Rescue, 227 Still Valley Rd., Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
