Obituary of Patricia Rose Murphy
Patricia Rose Murphy, 72, of Oxford, NJ passed away peacefully on July 18, 2019 in Bethlehem, PA with her family by her side.
Patricia was born on April 5, 1947 in Bayonne, NJ to the late John Corcoran and Florence (nee Kubis) Corcoran
She was of the catholic faith. Patricia most recently was employed by Stocker Bus Company where she was a driver. She was an excellent cook and was known for her chili, pot roasts and chicken soup. Patricia loved movies, she had many DVD's and often would go to the theatre to see the latest releases. She enjoyed crocheting and made blankets for everyone. Above all, she loved her family and friends. She loved entertaining and having the house full of visitors. She will be sadly missed.
In addition to her mother Florence Corcoran, she is survived by her loving son, Preston, her adored grandchildren, Victoria and Brittany, her caring siblings, Barbara, Paul, Jack and his wife Millie, Lorraine and her husband Donald, as well as, her nieces and nephews; Robert, Emma, Sean, Brad, Erica and Nina. In addition to her father John Corcoran and her husband Donald Murphy, she is preceded in death by her son Paul Amerman who passed in 2004.
In abiding with Patricia's wishes, all services will be held privately.
