I have such fond memories of Jane & Frank as well as their family from when I myself was a small child.
A loving and giving woman -- an inspiration to all who knew her.
My sympathies to all the family from myself and my mother Doris Brynildsen who knew Jane well "back in the days"

Dear Members of the Duryea/Swift Family,
We want to express our sympathy to all on the passing of Jane. Though we plan to attend the viewing and funeral service on Wednesday, we realize it will be impossible to get to speak to everyone. Jane was always warm and gracious towards us and Dick thought she was the prettiest woman he'd ever seen when he was a youngster. We have always been grateful for the close friendship we've shared with the families.
RIP, Jane.

My condolences to the entire Duryea family for your loss. "Aunt" Jane was another shining example of God's disciples who positively impact the lives of others just by her habitual random acts of kindness...willingly and without fanfare. I'll remember her occasionally picking up Tim and I from our caretaker jobs at Mrs. Ellis' house and bringing us back to their house for lunch, which always included a freshly baked dessert.
I agree with Chris Knudsen's sentiments that "Aunt" Jane and the Duryea family were another reason why Changewater will always hold a special place in my heart.
Peace, prayers and blessings.

God speed during your time of loss. Each person must take the time to mourn.
But remember it is also a time of celebration with your mother's passing. She has gone home to be with our heavenly father who she praised, prayed to and adored.

Jane, I will forever love and miss you. Words can't adequately express the sorrow I feel knowing I won't be hearing your voice on the phone anymore. Our loss is truly heavens gain. The impact you have left upon my life personally and my families will never be forgotten. I am who I am today without question because of your love, support, encouragement and belief in me even when I didn't believe in myself. May you rest in the arms of your Jesus now. I love you Jane. Gone... but certainly NEVER forgotten. RIP. xo

Dear family and friends. I am so deeply sorry to hear about your loss. Jane will be missed, but not forgotten because Jesus' words found at (John 5:28,29) says there will be a resurrection. So what this mean is Jane will be given a fresh new start with the prospect of living forever in a peaceful new world. (Psalms 37:29) I hope these promises found in the Bible bring comfort knowing that you have an opportunity to see her again to share more wonderful times together.

Dear Tim, Bonita & Family,
We are so deeply sorry for your loss. Our hearts are with you as you say good-bye to your Mom, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother & Great Grandmother.
When we think of Mrs. Duryea, we smile. For years we have been friends with Tim & Bonita as our children grew up together. Whenever we saw Mr. & Mrs. Duryea, we always made it a point to go over and say hello. EVERY TIME we approached Mrs. Duryea, her eyes lit up, her smile took over her face and she greeted us as if we were her best friends. We would talk together as dear friends would talk. She was so warm, so kind and so gentle. Jesus and her family were always her choice of conversation. We know she will be missed and remembered by many.
May God hold your hearts during this most difficult time.
God's Peace and our love,
Art & Linda
