I want to send my condolences to the Skoog family. I want you to know that Jesus will take this wonderful man into his home now and that one day you will all be together again. He was a terrific cop in Washington where I grew up and my family.

My condolences to the Skoog family. He was a Of the men and the Chief of who Chiefs strove to be. I didn't have the opportunity to work for him and he used to tease me about it and him and a mutual laugh ensued! I'll have a chew for you! Rest In Peace Chief / Brother!
